The Beast Mode Series is a collection of (occasionally humanoid) animals that are second-cousins-once-removed from George Orwell’s Animal Farm characters. They have left the farm and headed to find their fortunes in the big city. Road Hog, Cash Cow, and Cock of the Walk are greed and selfishness, and the others are hedging their bets. We hope the revolutionary tattoos that adorn Pig Latin are more than just youthful punk rock fashion statements, but we know how the pigs turned out at the end of that book.
